and assess the performance against the standards,<\/li><li>Assist in developing a training plan and ensure that only qualified employees perform the work,<\/li><li>Review and track the deviations to closure,<\/li><li>Conduct assigned responsibilities within the context of the assigned programs\/project,<\/li><li>Maintain Job Descriptions, CVs and training records of the employees,<\/li><li>Ensure that the employees participate in training courses as described in the training plan,<\/li><li>Assist in conducting internal audits,<\/li><li>Ensure all the tasks are completed on the highest possible level of the quality,<\/li><li>Assist with completion and review of vendor questionnaires\u2024<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element and responsibility,<\/li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced presentation skills,<\/li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills,<\/li><li>Strong organizational skills,<\/li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to do research and solve problems,<\/li><li>Efficient multitasking skills,<\/li><li>Detail oriented, goal getter, self-starter and team
