project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility<\/li><li>Ensure all the tasks are completed on the highest possible level of the quality<\/li><li>Ensure resource availability and allocation<\/li><li>Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress<\/li><li>Recommend changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques<\/li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members<\/li><li>Manage staff performance by
