with different parties to involve financing,<\/li><li>Budget preparation; tracking and forecasting of expenses; DOB and executive financial reporting,<\/li><li>Direct and coordinate human and material resources at all phases of the project- such as planning, design, project execution and control, and closeout,<\/li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows,<\/li><li>Generate reports for management,<\/li><li>Create and maintain issue logs, project summaries, and updates,<\/li><li>Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, and coordinating actions,<\/li><li>Any other activities necessary for the successful implementation of the
