NoyMed is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and implement recruitment strategy, HR policies and procedures,
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form,
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,
- Headhunt and source professionals for all departments of the company,
- Organize onboarding process,
- Organize semi-annual employee performance reviews,
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,
- Develop and implement training plan,
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues,
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
