HR Generalist

NoyMed is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and implement recruitment strategy, HR policies and procedures,
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form,
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,
  • Headhunt and source professionals for all departments of the company,
  • Organize onboarding process,
  • Organize semi-annual employee performance reviews,
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,
  • Develop and implement training plan,
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues,
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
